Diamondhead Sanitary District

PURPOSE

The Diamondhead Sanitary District (DSD) is a local entity formed under Iowa Code Chapter 358 for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a trunk sewer system and a plant for treatment of sewage and the maintenance of outlets for drainage that shall be conducive to public health, comfort, convenience or welfare.
