NATURE & SCOPE
Review and approval of all building permits including
New Construction
Remodeling
Deck and dock projects
Oversee the improvement and development of the lake grounds
Define and coordinate lake improvement work days
Work with the lake maintenance staff to identify areas for improvement
Monitor member properties for by-law violations and work with member toward appropriate resolution
